The inspection of reinforcement shall first check the label number and quality certificate of reinforcement; Secondly, the appearance inspection shall be carried out, and 5% of each batch of reinforcement shall be selected. The bump on the surface of the reinforcement shall not exceed the height of the transverse rib, the depth and height of the defect shall not be greater than the allowable and deviation of the position, and the bending degree of the reinforcement per meter shall not be greater than 4mm; Next, for the mechanical property test, if each batch is less than 60 tons, two pieces will be taken from each batch, and two sections will be cut off for tensile and cold bending tests respectively. When cutting the test piece, remove 100-500mm at both ends of the reinforcement, and take the corresponding reinforcement when the test piece is more than 60t. If a test result fails to meet the requirements, double the number of samples from the same batch shall be taken for each test. If one sample is still unqualified, the batch of reinforcement is unqualified. In case of brittle fracture, poor welding performance or significant abnormal mechanical properties of hot-rolled reinforcement during processing, chemical composition analysis and other special inspections shall be carried out.
