Working Principle
When the flow rate exceeds the set value, the fluid pushes the paddle, which activates the microswitch through the mechanical device within the flow switch. The SPDT switch contact can simultaneously turn on one circuit while cutting off another. This makes the flow switch ideal for applications requiring interlocking or cut-off protection. The number of blades and trim blade length can be adjusted to accommodate different pipe diameters and flow rate requirements.
