Material Properties & Applications
Lithium Niobate (LiNbO3): Excellent nonlinear optical properties ideal for optical waveguides, medium/low frequency SAW filters, and high-power, high-temperature ultrasonic transducers. Available with various doping options including Mg:LN, Nd:Mg:LN, and Fe:LN.
Lithium Tantalate (LiTaO3): Superior piezoelectric, ferroelectric, acousto-optic and electro-optic effects. Widely used in resonators, filters, transducers, and high-frequency surface acoustic wave devices.
