Monel 400® is a nickel-copper alloy that is hardened by cold working only. Monel 400® has low corrosion rate in flowing seawater. High Temperature Nickel Copper Alloy. Monel Alloy 400 is a high temperature alloy with typical composition of 67% Nickel & 23% Copper. Monel 400 Forgings are precipitation hardening fasteners manufactured from copper nickel alloy with addition of titanium and aluminium.
