Battery Sorting Importance
Even batteries from the same production batch can have varying internal resistance and voltage parameters. Sorting ensures battery packs contain cells with matched characteristics, resulting in superior performance, balanced operation, and extended lifespan.
Operation Process
Batteries are loaded into the bin, transported to testing position via rollers, where probes contact positive/negative terminals. The tester reads internal resistance and voltage data, transmits results to the controller, which directs batteries to appropriate channels based on parameter settings.
