Operation Principle

The system utilizes a voltage internal resistance tester to measure battery parameters. Through the PLC-controlled interface, operators set voltage and resistance thresholds across four grading parameters. The PLC system automatically tests each cell, compares results against preset parameters, determines the appropriate grade, and directs the sorting mechanism to distribute cells to corresponding receiving channels.
