The salt spray test machine is used for the surface treatment of various materials, including coatings, electroplating, organic and inorganic coatings, anodizing, anti-rust oil and other anti-corrosion treatments, and testing the corrosion resistance of the products.
Materials used:
1. The laboratory adopts P.V.C polyvinyl chloride plate, which is resistant to acid and alkali and easy to clean. (Germany (Yallis)
2. The sealing cover of the test chamber is made of transparent impact-resistant acrylic plate. Germany (NSP)
3. A hidden low water level indicator is set in the reagent refill bottle, which is easy to clean and not easy to damage
4. The saturated air tank is insulated by sus# 304 stainless steel high pressure barrel
Spray system:
The Bennot principle is adopted to absorb brine and atomize it again, the atomization degree is uniform, there is no blocking crystallization phenomenon, and continuous testing standards can be guaranteed.
Nozzle: made of special glass, adjustable spray amount and spray Angle
Spray volume: adjustable 1-2ml (80cm2 / hr)(average 16 hours)
