1. Main Feature For Aluminium Drilling Milling Machines

● The main shaft uses an Italian air-cooled electric main shaft with a power of 9 kW and a speed of 24000 rpm. It has high precision, good security and high reliability.

● Equipped with professional industrial numerical control system CADCAM programming software, can be connected to domestic and foreign window and door curtain wall software and ERP, import CAD graphics, powerful functions, simple operation and high efficiency.
● The working table is rotated 180°, 90°~0°~+90°, the profile can be processed on three sides at the same time.When processing deep through holes (shaped holes), deep hole processing can be performed by rotating the work table to improve efficiency and good quality. .

● It is suitable for processing round hole, oblong hole, keyhole, special shape hole of industrial aluminum alloy profile, door and window, curtain wall aluminum alloy profile and aluminum profile milling, chamfering, flat engraving and other processes.

● Standard 6-bit/8-bit tool magazine can realize continuous and uninterrupted machining.
● An automatic mercury oil supply system is introduced, and the tailor adopts a spray cooling device controlled by the system.
● The main parts of the machine tool are of steel construction, all of which have undergone vibration aging and stress relief treatment.
