Installation Guidelines
Important Notes:
• Select appropriate die hole compression ratio
• Adjust working gap between ring die and pressure roller to 0.1-0.3mm
• Use new ring die with new pressure roller
• Smooth pressure roller flanges when sharp corners appear
• Ensure raw material cleaning and magnetic separation
• Regularly check and clear blocked die holes
