Pre-treatment System
Custom pretreatment solutions for workpiece cleaning. For heavily rusted surfaces, sand blasting or shot blasting is recommended. For minimal rust, spray/dip pretreatment includes phosphating, water rinsing, and degreasing processes tailored to specific workpiece requirements.
Drying & Curing Ovens
After pretreatment, workpieces enter the water drying-off oven for moisture removal. This oven is typically integrated with the powder coating curing oven to optimize space utilization. The curing oven operates at 180-250°C for 15-20 minutes, constructed with 150mm rock wool steel panels. Heating options include diesel, natural gas, electric, or LPG systems with Riello brand burners.
Powder Coating Booth
Standard booths feature stainless steel construction with filter recycling systems. For rapid color changes, PP panel booths with cyclone recycling systems are available. Both manual and automatic booth configurations can be designed to match production requirements.
Production Line Specifications
Manual Powder Coating Line
Ideal for low-volume production, large/heavy workpieces, or specialized applications. Includes dipping chemical tanks or sand/shot blasting for pretreatment and manual powder coating booths.
Automatic Powder Coating Line
