SS 304 Seamless Pipe Description
Stainless steel seamless pipe are manufactured through cold rolling and hot rolling processes with higher strength and toughness.In the environment of high pressure, high temperature and high stress,can better withstand external pressure and impact,not easy to fracture and deformation.
Grade 304 is a 300 series stainless steel austenitic, which has a minimum of 18% chromium and 8% nickel.Chromium is the basic element to make stainless steel corrosion resistance. When the chromium content in steel reaches about 12%, chromium reacts with oxygen in the corrosive medium to form a thin oxide layer on the surface of stainless steel, which can prevent further corrosion of the steel matrix.
