Galvanised Steel Coil Description
One of the key features of Galvanised Steel Coil is its excellent anti-corrosion properties. The zinc coating layer offers better electrochemical protection to the steel than painting or plastic coating, making it last for decades without any peeling off. In addition, it has higher collision and scratch resistance, making it ideal for industrial applications.
Galvanised Steel Coil is also highly thermally resistant and can be used for extended periods without discoloration at temperatures below 230℃. However, it may discolor when it exceeds 250℃.

- Excellent anti-corrosion:
Galvanised Steel has excellent corrosion resistance,the zinc coating layer has better electrochemical protection on steel than painting and plastic coating.It can last for decades of years without any problem of peeling off,and also higher collosion and scratch resistance.
- Strong durability:
Not only will the zinc coating play the role of a physical barrier but also protects the steel underneath through electrochemical reactions (sacrificial anode action) when the coating is scratched or damaged.
- Good workability:
Hot-dip galvanized steel coils maintain the processability of steel, and the zinc layer is thin and uniform, which does not affect the performance of steel during processing and forming.
- Thermal resistance
Galvanized steel has good thermal resistance,can be used for long time without discoloration below 230℃, and it will discolor when it exceeds 250℃.

Zinc Spangle is a surface morphology of hot-dip pure zinc coil, when the steel strip passes through the zinc pot, the surface is coated with liquid zinc, and then in the process of natural solidification of the zinc layer, the zinc grain nucleus grows and zinc spangle appears.The surface of the hot-dip pure galvanized coils produced had zinc sparks of various sizes and shapes.
Galvanized steel sheet is cut from galvanized steel coil, the base material is cold rolled steel, it has good processing performance. The galvanized sheet coated with a zinc layer,features a smooth, flat,uniform thickness, strong adhesion, no peeling during processing, good corrosion resistance,and excellent adhesion to paint film. It can withstand high temperatures up to 315 ℃ and has excellent surface conductivity. The surface is smooth and clean, the size is accurate, the board surface is straight, the spangles are even and beautiful.
