Working Principle & Structural Features
Working Principle
Powered by a motor, the machine starts smoothly via a hydraulic coupling. Power is transmitted through a pulley to the reducer, which drives the main shaft via a coupling. The main shaft connects to the suspension seat through an expansion sleeve for reliable torque transmission, easy assembly, disassembly and overload protection.
The suspension seat drives inner and outer cantilevers, making two rollers revolve around the main shaft while rotating on their own axes. Materials mixed with water enter from the top hopper, are crushed by the inner roller, moved to the outer raceway by scrapers, then rolled and extruded through the sieve plate, completing crushing, mixing, grinding and kneading.
Structural Characteristics
This wet pan mill consists of motor, reducer, transmission shaft, frame, suspension seat, grinding rollers, grinding disc, scraper and discharge conveyor.
It features compact structure and hydraulic coupling drive, ensuring low starting impact and effective overload protection.
Key components including roller rings use high-chromium cast steel for excellent wear resistance; lining plates and sieve plates adopt high manganese alloy. The main shaft is made of alloy quenched and tempered steel with strict heat treatment. High-quality bearings and oil seals are adopted throughout, ensuring stable performance and long service life.
