BBT TWJH Series Front Grid Mixing Extruder

BBT Front Stencil Mixing Extruder is designed for efficient mixing of various raw materials in clay brick factories. It is also ideal as a filter mixing double-shaft mixer for automatic brick production lines.
 
Adopting advanced foreign technologies, the TWJH Front Grid Mixer Extruder is a newly developed product that leads the domestic industry.
 
It homogenizes raw materials via twin-shaft mixing, and enhances water penetration and material plasticity through reamer extrusion.
 
Equipped with a screen plate, it boosts kneading efficiency, filters grass, roots and bark from soil, reduces mold clogging and wire breakage of the cutting machine.
 
This machine is especially suitable for producing thin-walled high-quality brick products.
