The VOC gas sensor adopts multi-layer thick film manufacturing technology. The heater and metal oxide semiconductor material on the micro Al2O3 ceramic substrate are led out through electrode leads and encapsulated in metal sockets and caps. The conductivity of the sensor is affected by the concentration of the target gas. The higher the concentration, the higher the conductivity of the sensor. Users can convert the change of conductivity into an output signal corresponding to the gas concentration through a simple circuit.
