S8745-01 Si Photodiode With Preamp Low Noise Feedback Resistance And Capacitance

This is a low-noise sensor that consists of a silicon photodiode, an operational amplifier, a feedback resistor, and a capacitor, integrated in a small package. It can be used for low-light measurements in analytical equipment and measuring equipment by simply connecting a power supply. The photodiode's light-sensitive area is internally connected to the GND terminal, so it has strong immunity to EMC noise.
