AWM5102VN Air Flow Sensor

The In-Line Flow Measurement AWM5000 Series Microbridge Mass Flow Sensors are housed in a venturi tube housing and can measure flow rates up to 20 SLPM with a pressure drop of no more than 2.25 inches of water. The microbridge chip is in direct contact with the airflow, which greatly reduces the possibility of errors due to through-hole or bypass blockage. The rugged plastic package is designed to withstand common mode pressures up to 50psi. The small sensing element inside can withstand a shock of 100gs with no impact on performance. Built-in AMP-compatible connectors provide reliable connections in demanding applications.
