MF3000 series mass flow meters are designed for general-purpose precise gas metering, processing monitoring, and/or control. The products have enhanced flow conditioning which allows more flexibility during installation. It can be applied for pneumatic control, process
automation, and other industrial applications where the pressure drop is not a critical parameter.
The products are designed with an easy change of mechanical connectors.
The standard connectors of 2 to 200 SLPM models is BSPT 1/4”-male or One-touch connector, of 500 to 1500 models is BSPT 1/2”-female, and other customized connectors are available upon request. The standard electrical switching options are also incorporated, and the products are fully
RoHS and REACH compatible.
