► APPLICATION FOR E130
Crimping machine is widely used for quick jointing of tube or hose material, like high pressure hydraulic hose, industrial hoses, pipes, or wire and cables.
► HOW TO USE A HYDRAULIC HOSE CRIMPING MACHINE?
When you receive the hose crimping machine, please check the motor voltage is what you want. Then you can add hydraulic oil and start the motor to test the machine. (Note: NEW MACHINE IS NOT WITH HYDRAULIC OIL)
1) Add new hydraulic oil T46 about 50L;
2) Connecting electric, turn on the switch to check if wire connecting is right;
3) Closing and opening the head 10 times to free the air from the crimping head;
4) Choosing proper die sets;
5) Adjust the dial to proper scale;
6) Put assembled hose to the head and do crimping;
7) Test if the diameter is correct.
