High-efficiency stainless steel EC centrifugal inline blower designed for demanding industrial applications with 85-95% operational efficiency and temperature resistance up to 1000℃.
Our high-temperature centrifugal fan requires exceptional coupling alignment accuracy, maintaining coaxiality within 0.05mm during normal operation. Traditional alignment methods often result in vibration issues due to processing errors and surface contamination.
Temporarily connect the two half couplings with 2-3 bolts for synchronous rotation. Measure radial and axial runout values using dial gauges and adjust to required specifications. For optimal hot-state operation, the hydraulic coupling center line is deliberately set 0.1-0.2mm lower than the motor and fan center lines during cold-state alignment.
