The PVB020S Steel Back POM Coated Acetal Resin Composite Plain Bushing Bearing is a high-performance boundary lubricating bearing featuring a red POM coating. This composite plain bearing offers excellent performance in marginally lubricated and dry operating conditions.

- Housing: Mounting bevel minimum 1.5 mm × 15-45°
- Shaft Material: Steel, hardened or untempered, surface roughness ≤ Rz 4-6
- Shaft: Mounting bevel 5 mm × 15°, edges rounded
- Use adequate force fitting mandrel; grease lubrication of outer surface may be necessary during mounting
- Adhesive should not contact the sliding surface during stick-in installation
