Working Principle
Integrated sewage treatment equipment adopts biofilm method: anoxic-aerobic (A/0) treatment process. Anoxic + aerobic biological contact oxidation is a mature biological treatment process, which has the advantages of high volume load, rapid biodegradation, small footprint, infrastructure investment and low operating cost. It can replace the conventional activated sludge method used in the original municipal sewage treatment, especially suitable for the treatment of medium and high concentration industrial wastewater, has the advantages of less investment, small occupation area and high treatment efficiency. The process is mature and reliable by combining biological contact oxidation and precipitation. Due to the action of dissolved oxygen in some sludge, the sludge deposited in the equipment is further oxidized and decomposed, and some sludge is extracted into the sand tank. The system sludge only needs to be pumped periodically into the sand sink. In the system, the main control equipment such as fan, submersible pump work procedures into the PLC machine, to achieve automatic work, in order to reduce the operation workload, and can reduce unnecessary artificial damage.
