Product Description
The IR3314PBF is a fully protected programmable current sense high side switch. The input signal is referenced to Vcc. When the input voltage Vcc - Vin exceeds the specified threshold, the output power Mosfet activates. When Vcc - Vin falls below the specified Vil threshold, the output Mosfet deactivates.
