The TLE4263GS is a 5V low drop voltage regulator in a PG-DSO-8 package designed for demanding automotive and industrial applications. This OPTIREG™ series IC regulates input voltage (6V to 45V) to a stable 5.0V output with exceptional precision and reliability.
Product Overview
This voltage regulator supports output currents exceeding 200mA and features comprehensive protection including short-circuit proof operation with temperature protection. It generates a reset signal when output voltage drops below 4.5V (adjustable to 3.5V) with reset delay set by an external capacitor. Integrated watchdog logic supervises microcontrollers, and an inhibit input switches off the IC, reducing current consumption from 900μA to 0μA.
