The SGM800-2.63YN5G is a low-power microprocessor supervisor circuit designed to monitor system voltages from 1.6V to 5V. This device provides reliable system monitoring by asserting a reset signal when the VCC supply voltage drops below the preset threshold. The reset output remains active for an externally adjustable timeout period after VCC recovers above the threshold.
