The ATSAME70Q21A is a high-performance 32-bit ARM Cortex-M7 microcontroller featuring a Floating Point Unit (FPU). Operating at up to 300MHz, it offers up to 2048 Kbytes of Flash, up to 384 Kbytes of multi-port SRAM, and configurable Instruction and Data Tightly Coupled Memories to leverage the advanced DSP capabilities of the core.
