The TP2274-SR is an EMI-hardened 36V CMOS operational amplifier featuring exceptional EMIRR of 84 dB at 900 MHz. This unity-gain stable device supports 100-pF capacitive loads while delivering high-speed performance with a wide 7-MHz bandwidth and 20-V/μs slew rate, making it ideal for I/V converter applications.
With rail-to-rail output swing and input range that includes −VS, the TP2274-SR serves as an optimal interface for modern single-supply precision data converters. The amplifier offers superior performance with lower noise, offset voltage, offset drift over temperature, and bias current, along with enhanced common-mode rejection and slew rates.
The TP2274-SR's high input impedance and low noise characteristics make it excellent for small-signal conditioning of high-impedance sources such as piezoelectric transducers.
