LTC1865IMS Integrated Circuit Chip 16-Bit 250Ksps 2-Channel ADC In MSOP-10 Package
The LTC1865IMS is a high-performance 16-bit A/D converter available in MSOP and SO-8 packages, operating on a single 5V supply. With a sampling rate of 250ksps, it consumes only 850µA supply current. The device automatically powers down between conversions, reducing current consumption at lower speeds. This 16-bit switched capacitor successive approximation ADC includes sample-and-holds and offers a software-selectable 2-channel multiplexer with an adjustable reference pin on the MSOP version.
