Product Overview
IPW65F6048A is the second-generation 650V Superjunction (SJ) N-channel power MOSFET in the CoolMOS™ CFDA series. Designed specifically for high-reliability automotive electronics and industrial power supply applications, this device combines the fast switching advantages of a Superjunction MOSFET with an integrated ultra-fast and highly robust body diode. This significantly optimises freewheeling and hard-switching performance, making resonant switching applications more efficient, reliable and compact.

- Easy to drive: Low gate charge, simple drive requirements, low switching delay, and support for higher switching frequencies
