Product Overview

TPA1862-SR is a high-supply voltage amplifier featuring 30-μV low offset, low noise, and stable high-frequency response. Incorporating 3PEAK's proprietary design techniques, it delivers excellent AC performance with 6-MHz bandwidth, 5-V/μs slew rate, and low distortion while drawing only 1.4-mA quiescent current per amplifier. The common-mode input voltage range extends to V−, and the outputs swing rail-to-rail.

TPA1862-SR includes over-temperature protection to ensure chip safety. The output enters high impedance when die temperature reaches approximately 170°C and recovers functionality when temperature drops to around 150°C. The series features a very small power temperature coefficient, making it ideal for temperature-sensitive applications.
