Manufactured from epoxy resin and fiber materials using specialized technology, providing exceptional pressure resistance, temperature tolerance, and corrosion resistance compared to steel or plastic alternatives.
Excellent Thermal Insulation
Fiberglass construction provides thermal conductivity of 0.15-1.36W/(m·K), approximately 1/200 that of metal materials. This insulation protects the reverse osmosis membrane from external temperature variations.
Outstanding Corrosion Resistance
Special curing process creates a naturally corrosion-resistant product with a smooth inner surface. Provides excellent stability against low-concentration acids, alkalis, salts, oils, and other solvents while inhibiting microbial growth.
Optimized Structural Design
Precise lay-up design and optimized calculations for barrel body, head, and slots ensure structural safety and long-term pressure stability. Enhanced installation flexibility with concentrated water side opening design.
