Double wire mesh fence, also called twin wire mesh fence, is an extremely strong and rigid mesh fence system with a special structure - double horizontal wire welded to single vertical wire - making it more durable and stable than common fence panels. This design features double horizontal large diameter rods attached on both sides of the panel, making it particularly popular in European markets.
Also known as 656 wire fence or 868 wire fence, this specially designed welded wire mesh guardrail welds double horizontal wires to a single vertical wire, creating a structure that can withstand greater pressure and impact while maintaining stability.
The sturdy 868 double wire fence is welded from 2 pieces of 8 mm horizontal wire and 1 piece of 6 mm vertical wire. We also manufacture 656 wire fence and 545 wire fence variants. Among these, the 868 wire fence is the most rigid and sturdy mesh, with 868 and 656 welded mesh panels being the recommended sizes. Made from high quality low carbon steel wire, this fencing system is ideal for school playgrounds and industrial/commercial premises where strong mesh fencing is required.
