The inspection machine can set different parameter according to buyer’s different request, realize detection and distinguish of different foreign matter according to different solution, and form final record in control system, help managing person to know data analysis report of producing state in each day ASAP, and find out the source of different foreign matter produced, for modification to reach normal producing state.
