Operating Principle
The machine operates through a sophisticated synchronization process: top paper is fed through the upper feeder to the positioning detector, while bottom paper receives glue coating before both papers reach synchronous detectors. The controller calculates positional errors and activates servo compensation devices to align papers precisely at predetermined positions for splicing, followed by pressurized conveying to the delivery system.
