Besthway Food Grade Beer Specialized Multi-enzyme is engineered for high-concentration saccharification processes in beer production. Utilizing advanced liquid submerged fermentation and stabilization technology, this enzyme formulation effectively reduces wort viscosity, accelerates filtration, improves yield and saccharification efficiency, while increasing α-amino nitrogen content to support yeast propagation and enhance fermentation quality.

Application Guidelines

Recommended dosage: 0.02-0.05% of malt dry weight (0.2-0.5kg per ton of malt), added at saccharification initiation. Optimal dosage should be determined through testing based on specific process requirements.

Packaging & Storage

Packaged in 20kg barrels. Store in dry, ventilated, light-protected conditions at 25℃. Shelf life: 18 months from production date. Refrigeration at 5℃ extends shelf life.

Safety Precautions
  • Reseal containers immediately after opening to prevent moisture and contamination
  • Avoid inhalation - if exposed, rinse mouth with water for 15 minutes
  • Wear protective clothing, dust masks, and gloves during handling
  • If contact with skin or eyes occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water for 15 minutes
