This specialized enzyme formulation effectively lubricates fibers, hydrolyzes grease, and loosens the bond between ink and fiber for easy separation, significantly improving production efficiency.

• Hydrolyzes oil and grease to break lipid bonds in waste paper, facilitating ink-fiber separation
• Enhances deinking efficiency while reducing chemical deinking agent requirements
• Improves water filtration of deinking pulp and increases pulp strength

Recommended dosage: 0.10-0.20kg per ton of paper pulp. Can be added to the hydra pulper either continuously or intermittently. Minimum action time: 45 minutes.

Store in dry, ventilated conditions protected from light at 25℃. Shelf life: 18 months for solid product, 12 months for liquid product from production date. Refrigeration at 5℃ extends shelf life.

• Reseal bags/barrels immediately after opening to prevent moisture and contamination
• Avoid inhalation - if inhaled, rinse mouth with water for at least 15 minutes
• Operators sensitive to enzyme dust should wear protective overalls, dust masks, and gloves
• In case of skin or eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes
