Trancar Automatic Polishing Machine: TCM-YT column and boom manipulator polishing machine is a 2-in-1 dual-use multifunction automatic polishing machine for stainless steel cylinder shell and tank cap interior & exterior surface grinding and buffing. This model is designed for both tank shell and dished head tank cap surface treatments, featuring two polishing motors on each side of the machine beam (boom) for economical and environmental operation (though they cannot work simultaneously).

The TCM-YT polishing machine can polish and grind various workpieces including tank bodies, tank heads, and dish ends. It uses impellers with different grinding mesh grit to meet diverse polishing requirements. Widely applicable in medical, chemical, environmental purification, food and beverage, as well as water filtration industries. The machine comes equipped with a max loading capacity of 5-ton cylinder tank rotatory roller and 2-ton max loading capacity tank caps rotary table clamping system. Custom made services are available.
