20CrMnTi High Precision Spiral Bevel Gears for Transmission Part
20CrMnTi High Precision Spiral Bevel Gears for Transmission Part
Spiral bevel gear is a high-precision bevel gear that realizes 90° staggered axis transmission with arc spiral tooth traces. Compared with straight bevel gears, it features smoother transmission, higher load capacity and lower noise. Widely used in reducers, differentials, steering mechanisms, machine tools, agricultural machinery, construction machinery, etc., it achieves vertical power transmission, speed reduction and torque increase, serving as a core component of high-end transmission systems.
Product Features
- Spiral tooth surface meshing with high contact ratio, smooth transmission and low impact.
- 90° orthogonal drive, compact structure and flexible layout.
- High load capacity, suitable for heavy-duty, high-speed and continuous operation.
- Low noise, low vibration and high transmission accuracy.
- Available in left-hand, right-hand and customizable shaft angles.
- Hardened tooth surface with good wear resistance and long service life.
- Compatible with Klingelnberg, Gleason and other tooth standards.

Cautions
- Overload and over-speed operation are strictly prohibited to avoid tooth breakage.
- Dry running without oil is forbidden to prevent tooth surface burning and wear.
- Do not strike tooth surfaces during installation to avoid precision damage.
- Keep housing sealed to prevent dust and impurities from entering.
- Operating temperature controlled at -20℃~100℃.
- Replace gears in pairs if wear or pitting is excessive.
- Stop immediately if abnormal noise, vibration or overheating occurs.
- Store in dry and ventilated environment to prevent corrosion.
