It is suitable for marking on the vast majority of metal and non-metal materials, especially for the high-end market of ultra-fine processing. The UV laser machine marks on the surface of packaging bottles of cosmetics, drugs, food and other polymer materials, fine marking effect, clear and permanent marks, superior to ink jet printing and pollution-free; flexible PCB plate marking, scribing; silicon wafer micro hole and blind hole processing; LCD smart glass QR code marking , glassware surface drilling, metal surface coating marking, plastic buttons, electronic components, gifts, communication equipment, building materials, etc. It can be used for working with production line, automatic loading and unloading, automatic feeding and ejection.
The size of the working field depends on the installed lens:
110×110,200×200,300×300 mm.
The machine has a working field of 200×200 mm asstandard.
lf you are working with small layouts,it is better to put a lenswith a smaller working field of 110×110 mm,the beam will bethinner,and the result of work will be better.
The design of the machine implies the ability to turn the marking module at the desired angle and fix the tripod ina way that isconvenient forprocessing overall products. Also, if necessary, the marking module(scanner) can be removed from the tripod and suspended from theceiling. This is used when engravinglarge-sized workpieces.
