The whole equipment is consisted of tank, drive, material feeding, drainage section, rake and rake lifting device. According to the requirement of client, it can be divided into three types, i.e. center hydraulic hi-efficient thickener, center drive thickener and hi-efficient thickener. New structure and control are much convenience to speed up the material settling, increase capacity per unit area and reduce the turbidity of overflow.
Our Thickener Equipment is perfected for medium-sized solid liquid separation process performance. And the thickener equipment is a new designed full automatic, hi-efficient and continuously operation dewatering equipment based on countercurrent settling, sedimentary compression theory and combined with inclined plate and flocculant assisting settlement technology. It has characteristics of small footprint, big unit processing capacity, widely application, high density of tailings, clean overflow and easy for full automatic control.
