Characteristics

Cement silo is a cylindrical structure, the bottom of the four round tube legs to support the whole silo, the whole silo is all steel structure form, welded; the top is equipped with dust collector and pressure safety valve.

1, Cement silo is usually used as the supporting products of concrete mixing plant (building).

2, It is suitable for loading bulk cement and dry fly ash, with the characteristics of rainproof, moisture-proof, easy to use, etc.; the specification size can also be made according to the size required by the customer.

3,generally for the cylinder support structure, the upper part of the dust removal equipment to prevent dust leakage, the lower part is equipped with arch-breaking devices to prevent powder caking, so that the powder is discharged smoothly, and is equipped with material level sensing equipment, which can keep track of the use of materials in the warehouse.

4, Generally adopt bulk cement conveying truck to send powder into the silo by air; according to the different structure of cement silo, there are generally two ways of unloading, one is the lower part of the screw conveyor connected with the screw conveyor to send the powder into the powder metering, and the other is to use pneumatic conveying.
