Industrial Plastic Bottle Label Remover Machine
This advanced label removal system completely transforms manual stripping operations, significantly improving production efficiency while reducing labor intensity and delivering excellent economic benefits.
Working Principle
After feeding, bottles are delivered to the discharge port by a shaft equipped with 116 alloy blades arranged at specific angles for spiral rotation. The alloy blades effectively strip labels, followed by separation in a dedicated chamber that separates peeled labels from PET bottles. Labels are blown out by a fan while bottles proceed to the next processing stage.
