PLC PET Bottle Label Remover Machine
This advanced stainless steel label removal system revolutionizes PET bottle recycling by automating the label stripping process with 98% efficiency and capacities up to 5000kg/hour.
Working Principle
After feeding, bottles are transported through a shaft equipped with 116 alloy blades arranged in a spiral configuration. The blades strip labels as bottles rotate along the centerline, followed by separation of labels from PET bottles in a dedicated chamber.
