Plastic Film Agglomerator Machine
This industrial-grade plastic agglomerator, densifier, and compactor machine efficiently processes thermoplastic films, plastic bags, and PET fibers with thickness under 2mm into uniform granules and pellets. Suitable for soft PVC, LDPE, HDPE, PS, PP, foam PS, PET fibers, and other thermoplastics.
Working Principle
Waste plastic enters the chamber where rotating and fixed knives cut it into smaller chips. Frictional heat from crushing and container wall contact creates a semi-plasticized state, causing particles to adhere. Pre-cooled water spray rapidly evaporates, quickly lowering surface temperature and forming small, uniform granules. Color agents can be added during processing for product customization.
