Operational Details
The screw conveyor operates through rotating spiral blades or spiral side rotation combined with tank movement. Designed for dry mortar production lines, it enables precise powder material feeding control by managing spiral blade rotation and stopping functions. The completely sealed cavity body prevents environmental contamination and protects materials from moisture-induced agglomeration.
Standard operation angles reach up to 45°, with maximum angles extending to 60°. Length customization is achieved by adding or reducing standard sections, with each screw not exceeding 14 meters. For longer transport distances, spiral relay systems can be implemented.
