Product Overview
Our screw conveyor systems feature simple, cost-effective construction compared to other conveyor systems. They consist of a helical flight fastened around a pipe or solid shaft, mounted within a tubular or U-shaped trough. As the screw rotates, material accumulates in front of the advancing flight and is pushed through the trough. This design allows for simultaneous conveying and elevation when mounted at an incline, covering two operations with one piece of equipment to save space and reduce downtime and maintenance costs. Standard electric screw conveyors operate efficiently at angles up to 15º with minimal capacity loss.
