The 2000m³ Free Standing Dual Membrane Biogas Balloon is engineered for efficient storage of biogas and natural gas in energy generation and waste management applications. This advanced system features an outer membrane combined with inner and bottom membranes that create the primary gas storage space.
A continuously operating support air blower maintains constant pressure in the interstitial space between membranes, ensuring stable operation regardless of gas supply fluctuations. The specially engineered blower with a flat characteristic pressure curve provides high operational safety while minimizing energy consumption.
The supporting air system preserves the outer membrane's shape, enabling the structure to withstand external loads including wind speeds up to 32.6m/s and snow loads up to 30kg/m². All membranes are constructed from durable materials resistant to UV radiation and temperature variations from -30℃ to +70℃.
Gas charge and discharge pipes integrate with concrete foundations, while an anchor ring provides additional stability against lateral forces. Safety systems include overpressure protection valves and continuous pressure monitoring with ultrasonic sensors for real-time fill level tracking.
