250kg Drum Lupranate M20S Polymeric MDI - 31.5% NCO Content for Rigid Foam Insulation
Lupranate® M20S is a polymeric MDI (methylene diphenyl diisocyanate) with a functionality of approximately 2.7, designed for versatile polyurethane applications. This dark brown liquid is supplied in 250kg drums and is ideal for producing rigid insulation foams through molding, spraying, and frothing processes.

In low-catalyzed rigid urethane formulations, Lupranate M20S extends foam rise time by 20-30%, providing superior processing control. This slower reactivity is particularly beneficial for large rigid foam panels and molded flexible foams where extended working time is required.
Storage Conditions: Maintain temperature between 15-35°C. Below 15°C, pumping and pouring become difficult; below 0°C, crystallization may occur. Exclude moisture from opened containers to prevent viscosity increases.
Shelf Life: Six months when stored at 15-35°C with moisture exclusion.
Packaging: Available in tank cars, tank trucks, and 250kg drums.
