- Designed for steel rotating shafts or cast iron pool holes.
- Double lip with spring, there are main lip and secondary lip, the main lip can prevent lubricant leakage, the secondary lip can prevent dirt and other contaminants from entering the system, with good sealing and dustproof performance.
- Low coefficient of friction, the low coefficient of friction during operation reduces wear on the shaft and helps to improve the operating efficiency and service life of the equipment.
- Pressure resistance about 0.03Mpa.
How to choose the right size of TB type
1. Measure relevant dimensions:
Measurement of shaft diameter: Use a tool to measure the diameter of the shaft accurately with the oil seal, take the average value of several positions to ensure accuracy, this dimension corresponds to the inner diameter of TB type oil seal.
Measurement of mounting holes:
Measure the diameter of the holes in the mounting part of the oil seal, which corresponds to the outer diameter of the TB type oil seal. Pay attention to the accuracy of measurement, the deviation of mounting hole size will affect the installation and sealing effect of the oil seal.
2. Consider the working conditions
Temperature:
If the working temperature is between - 50℃-120℃, choose TB type oil seal made of NBR; if the temperature is between - 50℃-300℃, fluorine rubber (FKM) is more suitable.
Pressure:
When the pressure is less than 0.03MPa, ordinary TB type oil seal can be chosen; between 0.03MPa-1MPa, TB type oil seal with better high-pressure performance is required; if the pressure is more than 1MPa, TB type oil seal with special design or material that can withstand higher pressure should be chosen.
