TC oil seals, consist of a metal shell and a flexible lip. The lip is in contact with the shaft and forms a barrier to prevent the ingress of pollutants and the escape of lubricant.TC oil seals are typically used in applications, such as automotive engines, gearboxes and pumps.
Common rubber materials include Nitrile Rubber (NBR), Fluorine Rubber (FKM), Silicone Rubber (SR), etc. Different rubber materials have different performance characteristics, such as oil resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.
Product Characteristics
- Double lips(a main lip, a vice lip), one spring.
- The steel skeleton is fully wrapped in rubber.
- Used in low pressure.
- Highest pressure 0.03mpa(0.3kgf/cm2).
